Your order is important to us, which is why we want to make sure that your products arrive on time and in excellent condition. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to be informed of how and when your order will ship.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

 

Orders placed by noon PT(Pacific Time) are normally processed and shipped by our warehouse within approximately three (3) to six (6) business days from the date the order was placed. You should receive an order tracking number via email the day after your order is in transit with USPS/UPS.

**Please be aware that any orders placed on or immediately following a release date or during a sale, will be delayed and may require up to 48 hours of additional processing time.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

The customer is responsible for providing a correct, complete and safe-to-ship address when placing an order. Shop.arree.com is not able to modify, reroute or cancel orders once placed on Shop.arree.com Please verify you entered the complete shipping address, including unit number, and reachable phone number when completing checkout.

Shop.arree.com is not responsible for the package once USPS/UPS has delivered and provided proof of delivery.

 

We use UPS and USPS to ship orders (but mostly USPS). Please make sure that you use an address where USPS can safely leave your package without risk of theft.

If your order is not delivered as promised, we can assist you in contacting USPS regarding the missing order and in select cases issue a replacement or refund to you. You will also receive an email from USPS once your order has shipped with tracking information.

 

WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING SHIPPING SERVICES WITHIN THE USA

  • 48 Contiguous United States: USPS/UPS. Flat rate.
  • Canada: USPS. Flat rate.

 

We do not offer any expedited shipping options.

 

SHIPPING TO HOTELS/TEMPORARY ADDRESS

We will not expedite or guarantee delivery to hotels/temporary addresses. We do not recommend placing orders to temporary locations due to our varied shipping and processing timeline. You are responsible for providing at checkout a correct address that will be able to accept the package when it arrives.

We will not reroute packages or accept returns/cancelations due to packages not arriving within a timeline.

 

GENERAL GUIDELINE FOR USA SHIPPING RATES

Continental USA Rates:

Standard USPS:

  • $4.50/book flat rate shipping for books       
  • $5.99/toy flat rate shipping for Paintable Toy.

Canada: $19.99/product flat rate

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, military installations (APO/FPO addresses), and diplomatic posts (DPO addresses). Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed which can take 3-7 days. Please take order processing time into consideration before placing your order.

 

SHIPPING PROMOTION OFFERS

Like our customers, we are fans of shipping promotions. Unfortunately, however, any special shipping offers available on our website apply only to orders shipping to a USA destination via USPS.

 

PRICING POLICY

Shop.arree.com reserves the right to change prices at any time. Purchase prices are final at the date of purchase.

 

PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

 

For select products, Shop.arree.com might offer them available for pre-order. When the item is available for pre-order you will have a window of time to place your order for the item with a future fulfillment time that will be longer than the normal time it takes to get your order delivered. On the item page you will see the estimated delivery window for the item. For example, a pre-order for an item might start in December but not ship from our warehouse until May.

Here is some additional info about our pre-orders:

With pre-orders the inventory is not in our warehouse and might still be in production. Due to unforeseen issues with production an item might be delayed or canceled. If the item is canceled, we will notify you via email and a refund will be issued. As with all orders on Shop.arree.com, once a pre-order is placed it cannot be altered or canceled by the customer. Please triple-check your information and the item description before placing your order.

The delivery estimate for pre-orders is our best estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse and ship to you. It does not guarantee it will be delivered during that window. It could be delivered before or after that time.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, once an order enters our system, it cannot be canceled or modified in any way. The standard Shop.arree.com Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to all orders.
